I offer educational consulting services and professional development for individuals and organizations. My specialities include educational research, monitoring and evaluation, project design and implementation, professional editing, policy analysis, and organizing professional conferences.
My recent consulting experiences include advising the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport on its higher education roadmap and implementation of the teacher policy as part of the World Bank’s on-going development efforts; helping with project design for the World Bank’s secondary education improvement program (approved March 2017) and higher education improvement project (in preparation); conducting research on higher education for Digital Divide Data; organizing a day-long seminar on research dissemination in the digital age for PhD students at Oslo and Akershus University College; conducting research on East Asian educational governance for the UNESCO Education Sector; and co-leading (with Yuto Kitamura) a research project on innovative approaches to human capital development for the Asia Productivity Organization.
